Metallic Silver Cotton Denim - Deadstock

I literally gasped when I saw this fabric on the deadstock market because it's just ridiculously cool and unique! So metallic fabrics are almost always polyester and cheaply made but this is a 100% COTTON denim that just happens to have a metallic silver coating?? So we natural fiber fabric girlies CAN have an outrageously cool metallic fabric? Wow. Count me in. Literally, I took some home already and made a Crosstown Crescent Bag by Graco Makes for a holiday gift. I did (foolishly) do a hot wash and hot dry with my sample fabric and it got rumply and wrinkly from shrinking so I'd advise that you do a cold wash and hang dry but note that because this is cotton and not poly, the texture may change slightly after washing and drying. I still love the added texture though of my gift sew so do a hot wash if you want more texture!
