Where are you based?
Eugene, Oregon, USA, on Kalapuya land. Just two hours south of Portland, OR.
Do you offer swatches?
Yes - please see "Swatch Request" page under the "About Us" tab on the navigation.
Do you have a physical storefront?
I have a warehouse / studio space on West 11th near Chambers. It is not a traditional storefront as I focus primarily on selling fabric online.

How can I shop in person?
Occasionally I do open-hours / remnant sales but feel free to reach out anytime to shop by appointment. Shopping by appointment is not as formal as it sounds, just reach out to make sure I'm in the shop / not buried in online orders :)
Do you have sewing classes?
We will! Stay tuned! I am developing a community sewing studio (just upstairs from my warehouse).

Do you offer local order pick up?
Yes - for customers in the Eugene / Springfield area. Typically I can get your order ready within 1 business day. Pick up is available from 10am-4pm on weekdays.
How much is shipping?
Currently domestic orders ship free with orders over $95 and there is a flat rate of $8 for domestic orders under $95. We do ship internationally and shipping will be calculated based on the weight of the order.
What is your turnaround time?
Typically expect a 1-2 business day turnaround. During or after large sales, the turnaround time increases to 3-5 business days.
How long will it take for me to get my order?
Expect about 5-7 business days for shipping within the USA. International orders may take a few weeks or more.
Help! My order seems lost in the mail?
Yep, e-mail me (bethany@fluidplusdrape.com) and we will figure it out together. Please note that USPS won't refund me until the package has been undelivered for 30 days.
Do you offer returns?
No. All sales are final.
However, if something goes wrong with your purchase please e-mail bethany@fluidplusdrape.com.
