Shipping:

Do you ship worldwide and how does it work?

Yes, we ship globally. At checkout, type in your address and country and the system will automatically calculate shipping, duties, and taxes.

How much is shipping?

Domestic/ USA: orders ship free with orders over $95 and there is a flat rate of $8 for orders under $95.

Global: We do ship internationally and shipping, taxes, duties etc will be calculated based on the weight and value of the order. 

What is your turnaround time?

Typically expect a 2-3 business day turnaround. During or after large sales or drops, the turnaround time increases to 3-5 business days (the website header will have wait times listed during surges). 

How long will it take for me to get my order?

Expect about 5-7 business days for shipping within the USA. International orders may take a few weeks or more.

Help! My order seems lost in the mail?

Yep, e-mail us (hello@fluidplusdrape.com) and we will figure it out together. Please note that USPS won't refund us until the package has been undelivered for 30 days, sometimes packages can get delayed due to inclement weather around the country. 

We are not responsible for stolen orders as we can't control the security of your porch. Often if an order is marked as 'delivered' this means it was delivered to a neighbor mistakenly or possibly stolen.

Can you offer price adjustments / refunds if I recently bought a fabric that is now on sale?

No. We advise that you wait for your favorite fabric to hit the weekly sale bin refresh (refreshed every week on Friday) if you want a discounted price. We cannot offer price adjustments or refunds on past orders. 

Do you offer swatches?

Yes - please see "Swatch Request" page under the "About Us" tab on the navigation.

Do you offer returns?

No. All sales are final. 

However, if you are unhappy with your purchase please e-mail hello@fluidplusdrape.com and we will find a solution.

Where are you based?

Eugene, Oregon, USA, on Kalapuya land. Just two hours south of Portland, OR. 

Do you have a physical storefront?

No, we are primarily an online storefront and we operate a warehouse in West Eugene off of West 11th and S Bertelsen. We offer local pick up and shopping by appointment. 

How can I shop in person?

Reach out to hello@fluidplusdrape.com to schedule a shopping appointment at our warehouse. We are located at 4216 West 7th avenue, Suite J, Eugene, OR

Do you have sewing classes?

No, but we can recommend Fashion Clownette or The Circle Eugene for local classes and community events. Dreamery Fabric is a garment fabric store in downtown Eugene and is quickly becoming a community hub. MECCA also has great classes and workshops. 

Do you offer local order pick up?

Yes - local pick up is open at our new warehouse 4216 West 7th avenue, Suite J, Eugene, OR.

Pick up windows:
Wednesday 10am-12pm
Thursday 10am-12pm 

We are closed for pick up on holidays, weeknights, and weekends. If our allotted windows don't work for you, e-mail Aria at hello@fluidplusdrape.com to make alternative arrangements.

Are there any local sewing groups?

Yes! There are two local American Sewing Guild Willamette Valley groups, Sew Fit (garment focused) and Sew Fun (general sewing). There is a local free community sewing group on Facebook. Fashion Clownette has regular crafty gatherings. Using the hashtag #eugenesews you can also find local sewists to connect with on Instagram.

Do you offer wholesale?

For super small scale fashion designers (like you sew clothes and sell them but are a one person team) you can message us for custom wholesale discounts but its restricted to certain fabrics / yardage quantities. Reach out at hello@fluidplusdrape.com. 

At this time, I am unable to offer wholesale yardage to fabric stores. 

I'm a print designer and I'm interested in doing a print run collaboration with your shop?

Cool! I only take on a few artists here and there so I can't guarantee I will have room for you but I am happy to look at your work and we can discuss further. Reach out at hello@fluidplusdrape.com.
