Now you can take that cozy, snuggly feeling with you wherever you go with these adorable quilted pants. Warm, stylish, and ready to party — what’s not to love?

Skills Covered:

• Working with thick/heavy fabrics
• Elastic waist with waistband facing
• Sew binding onto patch pockets
• Inseam pockets (straight leg view)
• Attach cuffs (balloon leg)
• Sew darts (balloon leg)

Fabric Recommendations:

Heavy weight fabrics - approximately 1/4" thick ((9-15 oz per yd² or 300-500 GSM): blankets, thrifted quilts, quilted cotton, towels etc. The Warm Winter quilted cottons or the Merchant and Mills Quilted Cotton Jacquards are excellent choices from the shop.

Katy of @cortadh0e (IG) is wearing a size 4 with 1" removed from the rise (short torso). Katy's balloon version is quilted double gauze from Joann's. Katy's straight leg version uses a quilted leopard fabric (source unknown).
