Heatwaves in Key Lime- Exclusive Block Print on Silk Modal

Say hello to Heatwaves, our exclusive block print line for Summer 2025—dreamed up in-house and printed just for us! Made for bold makers and color lovers, this collection is breezy, joyful, and full of that effortless cool—the kind that turns heads without trying.

Every inch of this fabric is hand block printed, which means no two yards are exactly alike. Embrace the beauty of small irregularities—they’re part of the magic.

This new silk modal blend is DREAMY and has a fluid drape and lovely softness - it also has deeper coloring from the dyes. It's just a smidge transparent and it's a little more stable than the last block printed silk we carried (the indigo bunnies on silk). 

*This wavy print runs from selvage to selvage.

• *Care / Expectations*:

  This hand block printed fabric may arrive with slight printing irregularities and a mild earthy scent—both are normal and part of its handmade charm.

  •  Wash cold with like colors
   • Add a handful of salt to first wash to reduce fading
  • Optional: white vinegar in the first wash helps remove scent
   • Delicate cycle, lay flat or hang to dry (tumble dry will make it fade more)

  Some color bleeding may occur—always wash with similar tones.
