New *Emerging* Indie Designer Pattern Releases

There are so many new indie pattern designers coming out of the woodwork these days! It's an exciting time for us home sewists. Here is a roundup of my favorites that have come out recently.

Garden Dress - Frux Studio

This is the Garden Dress by Frux Studio - a brand new release featuring striking pin tucks as the main design feature and adorable side ties to customize the fit of the dress to be looser or tighter based on your daily preferences. Aria of @sewariasew used the Pistachio Love&Linen to make her gorgeous dress.

Aria said "It is a mid-weight linen and was a dream to work with! I truly cant get over how beautiful and vibrant the color is."

Day Shift by SewLike

The Day Shift Dress is an adorable little dress with tons of pockets by Romy of @Sewlike. It is definitely on my to-sew list! I love that it is cute, comfy, and practical and I could see wearing it all weekend on errands. I also love the opportunities for scrap busting and color blocking. It comes with a sleeveless and a lantern sleeve view.

This is Romy (the designer) and she used a combination of Fableism Checkers from the shop in Umber, Golden, and Iris to create her unique dress. This cotton fabric is a bit heavier (although still super soft) so this dress probably feels more like workwear (perfect for weekend errands, gardening, or parenting!).

Rumer of @rumer_has_it made the Day Shift with the shop's Picnic Print in Pink Lemonade in addition to some bright pink linen! What a fun and happy looking dress! The colorblocking opportunities are truly endless.

Josephine Dress and Top by Caramiya

The Josephine Dress (and top) by Caramiya is a cute, lighthearted little dress with romantic gathers and a flounce-y feel. You can make this sleeveless or add flutters (big ruffles) to the sleeves for a fun look. You can also customize the length with how many tiers you add to the skirt.

Aria of @sewariasew made the mini / sleeveless dress version and used the shop's Six Point Star Block Print and a vintage lace tablecloth for the top details.

Other fresh and new patterns that just launched:
