Our Wes Gingham from Merchant & Mills is 100% linen and has a gorgeous crinkly-soft linen feel. It's woven with blush pink and gold mustard thread and it's been difficult to photograph - it can look more pink or gold or even beige-ish depending on the light.
The Wes Gingham is inspired by Wes Anderson films and I could not resist the temptation to "live inside a Wes Anderson film" so I drafted some culottes to wear this summer in this dreamy linen. My culottes feature two pleats on each pant leg on the front and on the back and slash pockets. Someday I would love to release this as pattern... stay tuned!
I absolutely love my Wes Gingham make! My culottes are so comfortable and practical - I am a toddler mom and I need clothes that are durable, comfortable, and easy to wash. This fabric definitely fits the bill!
The best part about the Wes Gingham is that it's really fun to style it with other prints and colors. It's so fun to create a "pattern clashing" look with the Wes Gingham.
What would you make with the Wes Gingham?

Hi Mary!
I am wearing the Inari Tee by Named Clothing <https://www.namedclothing.com/products/inari-crop-tee> in printed cotton knits. It’s one of my absolute favorite patterns!
Happy sewing, Bethany
