Lilac Daydreams Gingham - Deadstock

Introducing our sustainable and stylish Lilac Gingham Cotton Shirting fabric. This gingham is part of our designer deadstock collection and it was rescued from a deadstock fabric warehouse in Los Angeles and is being given a new life. 

This crisp cotton shirting presses beautifully with a hot iron and is easy and fun to work with. It is lightweight with a crisp drape and cool hand (this means it feels cool when you run your hand over the fabric). The classic gingham pattern features 1/4 inch sized squares in a soft but bright lilac and white. 

Example 1 is the beautiful new pattern, Mady Wrap Dress by Paulinessence, sewn up by @Paulinessence_Patterns.

Example 2 is a Summer Dress by IndiePattern sewn by the shop owner, Bethany, for her sister-in-law and this is shown in different outdoor settings to show how the fabric changes in the light.
